Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation situated in Milton Keynes has been tourist board rated a 4 star Guest House by Visit Britain and is set off the main road between the villages of Woburn Sands and Bow Brickhill.  The accommodation is set in more than 30 acres of pastureland with uninterrupted views across open fields to Wavenden Church about a mile away.  Milton Keynes City Centre and the National Bowl are about 7 miles (10 minutes drive) away from The Old Stables and Wburn Abbey and Safari Park less than 5 minutes.  M1 Junction 13 is 3 miles away and Junction 14 about 6 miles with Luton Airport about 20 minutes.  Other attactions in the Milton Keynes area are Bletchley Park, The Stables Theatre, Milton Keynes Theatre, MK Dons Stadium, Xscape Snow Dome just to name but a few.

Formerly part of Woburn Park Farm Estates, the north and now the west barn have been tastefully converted to offer bed and breakfast accommodation in picturesque and tranquil surroundings. The guest house has an independent entrance enabling guests to come and go at their convenience.  All rooms have been individually decorated and furnished and offer excellent facilities including ensuite bath or shower room with w.c., tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits, LCD TV with Freeview, hair dryer, radio alarm.

We offer bed and breakfast or room only accommodation and for the convenience of guests who do not wish to eat out in the great local restaurants there is a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a dining area at their disposal.
